Mandatory Equipment for Girls

Girls are required to have:

• A regulation youth lacrosse stick. Regulations vary by age group.
• Approved lacrosse goggles 
• A mouth guard
• Gloves are optional. They look a little like soccer goalie gloves. Do not get boys’ gloves.

The above equipment can be purchased at any sporting good store, but we recommend stores that specialize in lacrosse equipment, where assistance in proper fit can be obtained.  Also packages are usually available at lacrosse stores that significantly reduce the cost over buying the above items individually.
